Operadora Portuaria Central once again shown its good practices in environmental education and art, celebrating Arbor Day together with students of the second year of Bachelor of Natural Sciences Institute Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The event took place on Saturday 30 May in the morning. OPC, to support the excellent initiative of the institution to create a Botanical Garden, made a donation of 340 timber including cedar, mahogany and Macuelizo. These trees were planted by members of the Corporate Volunteer OPC and students of the institution. More than 100 participants from both institutions joined forces to reforest with the first trees planted in the garden.
